K&K Pipe Cambodia Co. Ltd organizes training program for water supply operators and its customers to increase technical skills in pipe selection

(Phnom Penh): In response to the problem of selecting and using quality pipes, K&K Cambodia Group jointly organized a technical training program and a factory tour to K&K Pipe Cambodia factory located on Street 130, Sangkat Ponhea Pun, Khan Prek Pnov, Phnom Penh (along the road to Phnom Basit resort) to help solve all the problems that water supply operators and customers often face from the use of water pipes and to increase knowledge of using pipes properly.

Technical training program and the factory tour was held on August 13, 2022 with the participation of more than 200 national and international participants, especially the participation of the Director General of the General Department of the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology, and Innovations, a representative Board of Director of the Cambodian Water Supply Association CWA, representatives of private companies, development partners, national and international organizations, representatives of universities, companies, management of K & K Pipe Cambodia Co. Ltd and expert trainers specializing in water supply and sanitation, water business owners from all provinces in Cambodia as well as members of the Cambodia Water Supply Association and potential customers of K&K Pipe Cambodia Co. Ltd.

This is to help solve all the problems that water supply operators and customers face every day such as issues on pipes selection, pipe installation, water leakage through the nozzle, low pressure in water pipes, clogged pipes and contaminated water due to leaking pipes and improper use of pipes.

In addition to the technical training program from water supply and sanitation experts, the event also hosted an existing visit to the K&K Pipe Cambodia factory under the presence of the General Director of Portable Water Supply General Directorate of the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovations and other participants from water supply sector in Cambodia to visit and learn about the production process of PE pipe production.

The Factory Tour is a new program that has never happened before in Cambodia. In addition, the program also opens a new chapter for K & K Pipe Cambodia Co Ltd. customers to build trust, confidence and customer satisfaction. In particular, K&K K & K Pipe Cambodia Co Ltd has also partnered with universities to provide students with the opportunity to visit the factory and learn about production through technical training programs.
